Early departure to the Cooperative Agro Industrial COOPAIN Cabana, which is at 1:15 hrs. to the north of the city of Puno. Since the year 2012, this cooperative began the direct export of organic quinoa to different countries of the world, mainly the United States, Germany, France, Holland among others. Here we will visit the fields of quinoa and the processing plant and will explain all the processes of sowing and harvesting. Return to Puno and box lunch on route.
