Terms & Conditions
CONTRACT
The booking is accepted when Inca Route receives the first deposit from its clients. At this point in time the contract between client and Inca Route is effective and legally binding.
In order to secure the trip, we will require a 30% deposit of the total package price by the time of your booking.
PAYMENTS
First Payment: 30% deposit by the time of booking
Second Payment: Full Amount, to be paid 45 days prior to your arrival
In the case the booking will be proceeded 45 or less days to the arrival, the whole amount will be required in once.
All flights (domestic and international) must be paid 100% in advance to secure spaces
Payment can either be made by Credit Cards, wire transfer or direct deposit. In case of a bank transfer, all wiring and transfer costs should be assumed by the Client.
CHANGES BY THE CLIENT (LAND PACKAGES)
- Any cancellations made by the client must be submitted in writing by the client at their earliest convenience.
- Client is responsible for any fees or charges incurred by the cancellation.
- Cancellation 60 days or more prior to the tour start date: Full refund of deposit made, minus $100 administration fee per person.
- Cancellation 59-46 days prior to the tour start date: Loss of 30% of total package price
Cancellation 45-30 days prior to the tour start date: Loss of 50% of total package price
- Cancellation 29-0 days prior to tour start date: Loss of 100% package total
- All appropriate refunds will be made directly to your credit card or bank account, minus any fees indicated.
In case part of a booking is cancelled, the remaining party may have to pay additional charges (e.g. under-occupancy, or single room supplements). In case of trip postponement, an administration fee of 30% of the trip price will be charged plus the amount already spent on non-refundable subcontracted services. The remaining amount may be used toward future travel with Inca Route.
Substitution of Client
If any member of your party is prevented from traveling, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another suitable person, provided that written notice is given at least 30 days prior to departure. An administration fee of US$50 will be levied plus any costs imposed by Inca Route and suppliers.
- AIR/FLIGHT Cancellations: All air packages and air tickets are subject to cancellation policies imposed by the airlines.
- We strongly encourage the purchase of independent travel insurance in the case of medical or other emergencies, i.e. acts of God, in order for you to have the maximum coverage, satisfaction and peace of mind possible. Any late cancellations, in regard to emergencies, will be considered on a case by case basis. We will personally work with you as best we can to either apply your payment to another tour/ time or refund a portion of your payment.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY INCA ROUTE
We do our best to operate your tour as sold. However, we reserve the right to curtail or modify the itinerary, or to substitute activities, hotels, meals or transportation as we deem necessary
None of these modifications or changes will affect the land package price
We reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time for a reason that would compromise the quality of the trip or the safety of the passengers or any other circumstances beyond our control . In this case, we will either refund this part of your trip or aplly this cost to other services (eventual additional cost)
In case we need to cancel the tour (not related to situations beyond our control), we will refund your fully paid pre-payments or work with you to apply those payments to another tour
PRICES
All prices shown on this web site are per person and expressed in US Dollars.
For children aged 4 - 9, the package price is based on sharing a room with adults. Prices will be confirmed or advised at the time you book
Once we receive your deposit, your tour package price is guaranteed and any subsequent price increases will be at our expense
AIRLINES
We are acting as your agent only and have no liability or responsibility for the performance of services by the airlines including, but not limited to, accident, death, personal injury, property damage or flight delay
Flight bookings are totally non refundable or transferable.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The accommodations are specified in the accomodation section of our website
All prices shown for accommodations are expressed in US dollars and per person
We reserve the right to offer an alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation specified in our web site is overbooked or for any reason beyond our control. No changes will be made after payment
Important note: All accommodations within Peru will require you to show your passport and let them make a photocopy of it in order to check you in. This is a requirement for government and taxes purposes
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, such as smoking, adjacent or connecting rooms, bed size, dietary needs or any other special request
OUR RESPONSABILITY
Inca Route accepts responsibility for ensuring that the vacation which the Client books with them is supplied as described in the final version of the travel program the Client will receive upon arrival and for ensuring that the services reach a reasonable standard.
Inca Route acts only in the capacity of an agent upon the legal conditions that, while exercising every possible precaution, it is not responsible for injury, illness, damage, loss, additional expenses, accidental delay, or other irregularities which may be caused either through willful or negligent acts or omissions made by the companies or individuals providing or engaged in transportation, accommodation or other services related to the accomplishment of the tour, or through natural disasters, social upheavals or other causes.
