TOUR DETAILS

Our route starts at La Lucila Picantería, one of the oldest in the city, where we can still appreciate the use of the batán (stone instrument used to grind), in its kitchen, and we can taste delicious dishes of the gastronomy of Arequipa. We will continue visiting La Benita Picantería, where we will learn the process of elaboration of the drink chicha de jora and we will have the opportunity to try its most traditional dishes, to end this culinary experience, we will know La Nueva Palomino Picantería, recognized internationally for its delicious food, where we will also taste different dishes cooked to firewood.
